How to completely uninstall the Aquafadas InDesign plugin

You have to delete the following folders :
/Applications/AVEDigitalPublishing
/Applications/[Adobe InDesign folder name]/Plug-Ins/Panels/Aquafadas
/Users/[your user name]/Documents/temp

If you also want to delete the projects created in the AVE Project Manager palette, delete the following folder :
Users/[your user name]/Library/AVEDigitalPublishing
