App Statistics in Cloud Connect

Mike Lohrman 3 years ago • updated by anonymous 3 years ago 3
I have some questions about the App Statistics in the Cloud Connect portal.

- Why does it only show stats for 15 day periods? It would be nice to be able to select a start and end date.

- Detailed CSV Export - On our newest app, the CSV file shows 645 total entries, 383 google play and 263 iOS. But the Devices(Since The Start) pie chart shows 56% iPhone, 27% iPad and 16% Android. That doesn't seem to match up with the CSV, what's going on there? Does the CSV show ZAVE downloads and not APP downloads?

- "Downloads in Period" and "Unique customers since the start", are these app downloads?

How to edit my product

David Johnson 2 years ago • updated by Jerome [Aquafadas] 2 years ago 4
I may have set up my product as paid instead of free. Apple says it is trying to charge for the app and again for the content. I can't figure out how to get back in and edit the product. I'm using the Remote Reader Universal App. Can you advise?

Updating Hosted Zave file

David Johnson 2 years ago • updated by Hicham Tarhini 2 years ago 5

My app is live and I'm trying to update the Zave file, which is hosted on my server. I uploaded the new Zave to the server but when I launch the app it doesn't notify me of the update. Push notifications is on. Is there another step in the update process that I missed?

Can't get Bannerzest animation to upload via FTP

JayT 3 years ago • updated by Jerome [Aquafadas] 3 years ago 3
We have not been successful in publishing our Bannerzest animation to our web server using ftp. We have successfully FTP'd this animation to the same server in the past multiple times using the same settings. (We are using the same ftp settings that we used successfully in version 1.6.8 in 2014 but nothing is being uploaded to the server now.)

We get a message from Bannerzest that the files were successfully uploaded and "view page now" but this produces a browser error "page now found" using Safari browser on Mac running OS X 10.10.5. TestPage.html does not open. We checked the server and know that there are no files on the server.

Viewer for iOS 3.6.1 crash

Xavier 2 years ago • updated by Arnaud Rossi (Head of Support) 6 months ago 3

I have to update Viewer for an iPad on iOS 6.1.3, and It seems to be that the last version available for my iOS is Viewer 3.6.1.

When I want to launch it, I can see that screen (reduce view) and it crashed systematically.

Is there any possibility to download and old version?

Not a bug

Issues of today uploaded one App in iTunes Store...

ariel severino 3 years ago • updated by Cédric Malet 3 years ago 12
Dear developer,
We have discovered one or more issues with your recent delivery for "ABAG Brazilian Yearbook of GA for iPhone". Your delivery was successful, but you may wish to correct the following issues in your next delivery:
Missing 64-bit support - Beginning on February 1, 2015 new iOS apps submitted to the App Store must include 64-bit support and be built with the iOS 8 SDK. Beginning June 1, 2015 app updates will also need to follow the same requirements. To enable 64-bit in your project, we recommend using the default Xcode build setting of “Standard architectures” to build a single binary with both 32-bit and 64-bit code.
After you’ve corrected the issues, you can use Xcode or Application Loader to upload a new binary to iTunes Connect.
